1. Digital Product — No Refunds
This Course is a digital product delivered instantly through our learning platform (Tevello) upon successful payment. Because full access to the Course content — including videos and downloadable materials — is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. This applies regardless of reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to complete the Course.

2. Payment Errors
If you experience a duplicate charge, or a failed transaction where payment was deducted but Course access was not granted, please contact us immediately at connect@abhayswamy.com with your order details, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

3. Technical Access Issues
If you're having trouble accessing your Course content, contact us at connect@abhayswamy.com and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible. Technical difficulties will be fixed but are not, on their own, grounds for a refund.
