1. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course through our learning platform (Tevello). Access is granted for your personal, individual use only.

2. License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Course content for your own personal learning. You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your login credentials or the Course content to any third party
  • Copy, download, record, or reproduce Course videos or materials for distribution
  • Use the Course content to create a competing product or service

3. Intellectual Property
All content within the Course — including videos, text, templates, and materials — is the intellectual property of Swamy Technosystems Private Limited / Abhay Swamy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described above.

4. No Guarantee of Results
The Course provides educational content on Meta advertising strategies and best practices. Your results from applying this content depend on multiple factors outside our control, including your business, market, execution, and ad spend. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue, or return on ad spend from taking this Course.

5. Refunds

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swamy Technosystems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Course.
